A local Belfast newspaper are doing a feature on motherhood at 40-plus and would like to chat to Mumsnetters in that age-group.

1. Some biog info first please;

Where from
Spouse/partner's name and occupation
Child/children's names and ages

2. As a mum in your 40s or 50s, were you treated any differently in the maternity ward or anywhere else, and is it true that mums over 35 or so are medically referred to as 'senior mums'

3. Were you made aware of any risks of a later pregnancy

4. How did you feel throughout the nine months; did you take any special supplements before, during and after

5. What effects did the pregnancy and birth have on your body

6. Did you have IVF; if so, please describe the ups and downs of the process

7. What do you see as the advantages of having a child in your 40s
