This beautiful and rare chalk land meadow is a designated open space in a town with a deficit of open spaces. It's a gorgeous spot with rabbit runs, butterflies, wild flowers and views across to Tring Park woods.
It's proposed that 5 large houses and a road are to be built through this well used green space. This park is used all the time by all ages of local people.
Tring Town Council has already rejected the proposal but they need to know Tring residents' views.
For further info go to www.dacorum.gov.uk planning ref 4/01472/16/MFA or email tineke@dacorum.gov.uk: deadline is July 15th.
and Miswellparkconstruction@yahoo.com
Children and everyone need these rare wild spaces, please help us keep it alive. Thank you.

I'm not a tring resident but I do live nearby and know the bit of land you are talking about. There aren't enough school places in Tring. These houses should not be built.

I am bumping your thread for others to see.
