Hi Everyone,

The Gatwick School are currently proposing a development of a brand new school in Horsham called the Horsham School. The school would be an all-through free school and would accept children from the age of 4 to 16 years. This follows the same format as The Gatwick School in Crawley and includes an extended school day and extra curricular activities which is ideal for working parents.

There is an increasing need for a new school in the Horsham area due to a series of housing developments across the town and surrounding areas.

By 2018 it is predicted that there will be a shortfall of secondary school places in Horsham - we are looking to meet this demand and ease the pressure on existing schools.

If you would like any further information about the project, this can be found on our website: www.thehorshamschool.org/. We would love to hear your opinion on the need for a school in the area and would really appreciate support from the local community. We ask if you could please register your support on our website which will be submitted as part of our application.

Thank you for your time, we look forward to hearing from you.

If only it were being built where it's actually needed (ie Southwater).
We are currently in catchment for one of the top performing schools in the County.
Will be furious if that changes for your unproven academy and children have to cross the A264 to get to it.
