All livestock is sourced from Welsh farm assured holdings only.
All beef is matured for a full 21 days.

We only supply meat from Anglesey and North Wales.
Wales' farmers are renowned world over for their produce. Their livestock are free to roam over the greenest of pastures and hillsides, grazing on the lush grass produced by our temperate climate here.
