Laura teaches a vinyasa/hatha style of yoga, every class may vary slightly from week to week but the class will have a focus on breathe (pranayama), asanas (postures) and ending with a final relaxation (savasana). The class always allows at least 5 minutes for the relaxation at the end, relaxation is so beneficial and allows you some time to connect with your mind and relax.
The group classes are ladies only (sorry guys!) there is a special bond created in a ladies only class, you can feel comfortable, energised and at ease throughout the practice and feel a real girl power!
