Hatha Yoga with Julia


Hatha Yoga for strength, flexibility and relaxation. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and have been a qualified yoga teacher since 2004. My classes are small so I can give students individual attention. In the class you will strengthen and stretch - improving your core strength and stamina. You will also have the opportunity to learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques which help to overcome daily challenges which may cause stress.
