Yoga with Julia


I provide yoga personal training. I have experience in teaching one to one in hatha yoga, pre and post natal yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga used specifically when recovering from injury (whiplash, frozen shoulder, spinal damage)I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and have their Prenatal Diploma and I have also trained with Yoga Birth in Postnatal Yoga. My yoga is inspired by various traditions and I am particularly inspired by the teachings of Scaravelli and the Bihar School of Yoga. All the yoga I teach has an element of mindfulness and I also teach yoga breathing techniques (particularly helpful when dealing with anxiety and athsma) and meditation.
