Want a pregnancy class that can make you feel confident and comfortable through your pregnancy and fit for birth physically and emotionally? A great way to meet other mums-to-be.
Classes are approximately 1 hour 20 minutes, weekly and run in blocks of 6 weeks. You are welcome to join for one term or continue through your pregnancy to benefit from building 'muscle memory', continued practice makes the techniques become second nature.
