Prenatal yoga is recommended by many midwives and doctors as a great way for mums-to-be to stay fit and healthy.

Yoga can help reduce back and pelvic pain, promote restful sleep, diminish heartburn, constipation and joint swelling. It may increase energy, decrease stress and anxiety, and assist pain management and discomfort during childbirth.

All poses, breathwork, and meditation taught in class are designed to support the overall well-being of the mum and encourage her connection with the baby.

Suitable for women in week 13 to 42 of pregnancy.
