The American Dry Cleaning Company is the largest dry cleaning company in London with 27 branches.
Due to our rapid and exciting expansion, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager in our Head Office in Colindale.
You must have experience as a customer service manager, who can handle customer relationships, understand and resolve any issues.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Word and Excel skills
This part-time role would ideally suit someone local to Colindale who is returning to work. We require between 3 - 5 hours per day, between 10 am-5 pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays may be required too.
