Advanced Hypnobirthing course (6 - 7 hours in total) will be run above Growing Needs (www.growing-needs.co.uk) in Bradford on Avon on April 13th (10am - 1pm ish) and April 27th same times.

Course costs: £199 (per individual or couple) to include all notes, cd's of all techniques/sessions, scripts and unlimited telephone and email support.

The Bath Hypnobirthing Centre will help you prepare physically and psychologically for childbirth, one of the most natural and wonderful processes that a woman can experience. The courses focus on deep relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques to help you achieve a more relaxed, comfortable and fulfilling natural birth experience.

Easibirthing® is a UK based model which was developed with midwives and complements UK birthing practices.
