Pregnancy Yoga Courses


I found yoga hugely beneficial during my own pregnancies and births, (and beyond!), and wish to share the tools, wisdom and health benefits with as many women as possible through Pregnancy Yoga classes. A mixture of toning, releasing stress from mind and muscles, postural alignment, working with the breath, intuitive body awareness, active birth tools, connection and empowerment.
