Meditation Course for Children


I run mindfulness courses in Bath for children (from the ages of 7 upwards) to help cope with stress and anxiety. The children's courses ( called "Paws.b " for 7-11 year olds and" .b" for 11+) are fun and interactive, with lots of video clips and breathing exercises. It is a very practical course designed to give the children tools to use in everyday life now and in the future. There is an increasing amount of scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of mindfulness for both adults and children.
