16th Bath Rainbows

Rainbows are girls aged 5 – 7, who are part of Girlguiding, the leading group for girls and young women in the UK. 16th Bath (Walcot) Rainbows meet on a Saturday morning from 10am – 1pm in central Bath on a more or less monthly basis.
We offer a programme of differing activities that help the girls develop confidence, have fun and make new friends. During the last term the Rainbows ‘travelled' around the world, when they made cakes from Australia, painted Mexican bark pictures and played a chopstick relay race to gain their Rainbows Roundabout the World badge.
Our Saturday morning meetings enable girls who can't get to an evening meeting to join Rainbows and have fun with girls of their own age, sharing in the Look, Learn, Laugh, Love Rainbow Jigsaw programme. A woodland activity day is planned as part of this term's nature themed badge when we will find out more about hedgehogs, look for mini-beasts and make dens in the woods.
We have some spaces for new girls to join us and younger girls can join the waiting list for the first available place when they turn 5. Please go to www.girlguiding.org.uk/parents to find out more and register your daughter for 16th Bath Rainbows.
