Pilates Class


Beginners Pilates Class for all ages from 16 to 90 years of age.

Exercises will start on standing up and progress to lying down on a mat. We will use some equipment such as blocks, small balls, stretchy bands and straps. (I will supply all of this)

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It will focus on breathing and which is extremely good for asthma.

There is a car park at the back of the Church. Please bring a mat. I do have some spares if you don't have one.
