Childrens Yoga


You are never to young (or old!) to begin a yoga practice, and Children's yoga classes are the perfect introduction for those between 3 and 11 years old. Yoga can help to build children's confidence, self-awareness, coordination and strength. In these fun and playful classes children can find new ways to relax, focus and understand their bodies and minds.
