YogaBellies&reg; Mum &amp; Baby Yoga classes involve both mum and baby. A typical class includes baby stretches to take small bodies through a full range&#8232;of movement including incorporating baby massage; breathing and focused yoga postures for the mums, and postures-for-two to give mums and babies new ways to relate to each other. For mums, we focus on gently working the abdominal muscles, slowly getting mum back to pre-baby shape and helping to build strength, stamina and fitness. &#8232;&#8232;At the end of class we have a chance for a cup of tea and a chat. Don't worry if your baby cries, needs feeding or sleeps throughout the class - it is a very fun and relaxed session.<br /><br />Weekly starting from 11th September - booking required<br />&#8232;Car Parking available. &#8232;There is also space available for buggy's and car seats.&#8232;<br /><br />Classes coming soon to Hungerford<br /><br />Private and 1:1 classes also available
