Pilates has many benefits, from reducing back and joint pain to improving posture and increasing flexibility and energy. It can be a relaxing workout that leaves you with a toned and revitalised body.
This is a mixed ability matwork class with small equipment, suitable for beginners through to improvers/intermediate. Each exercise is layered, allowing you to work at your own pace each week.
