Pilates has many benefits, from reducing back and joint pain to improving posture and increasing flexibility and energy. It can be a relaxing workout that leaves you with a toned and revitalised body.<br /><br />This is a mixed ability matwork class with small equipment, suitable for beginners through to improvers/intermediate.
