Customer Engagement Officers and Team Leaders, LB Bexley
Environmental & social regeneration charity Groundwork is looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Engagement Officers and Team Leaders to join us to support the delivery of the Thames Water Progressive Metering Programme. You will be responsible for promoting the metering programme, to inform residents when it will and when it has arrived in their area, and going door-to-door to engage with customers and make appointments for them with our Green Doctors. You'll need strong people, communication and organisation skills.
Customer Engagement Team Leaders will supervise a team and manage their workload on a daily basis.
