There are also some intriguing chef's specials which include Rajshahi Harin (marinated venison with potatoes and red wine with lemon rice); Sweet and Honey (crab with garlic cooked in mustard and honey and served with bread roll); and Komla ke Batera (quail in spices and fresh orange).

The pop band LibertyX is said to have spent £4,500 sending a helicopter to Sundarbon to collect 40 takeaways before a gig.

Restaurant open 7 days a week, 5.30pm to late; Sunday 1pm to 12 midnight.
