Do you want to tone, firm up and burn fat from these key areas? My LBT workout is designed to do just that. The session will be one hour in length and suitable for all fitness levels.

It's not all about getting a six pack. Your core is one of the most important areas of your body and helps you maintain good posture as well as overall balance. Your legs are obviously a major part in everyday life and my workout will strengthen and tone these which in turn will tone up and firm up your bum.
