A class for both of you to stretch and relax! Babies welcome from 6 weeks to crawling, and mums don't need yoga experience.

Classes include:

> baby soothing holds and moves
> baby massage and stretches to connect more deeply with your baby, ease their digestion and improve sleep
> relaxation and gentle yoga for mums to release tension, gradually re-build strength, and boost energy levels
> meet other mums and babies

I also offer 1-to-1 at your home or classes for a group of friends.

    Excellent class, great to do something 'for yourself' after having a baby and this yoga and gentle stretching is ideal. Babies also seem to love it and it's a great chance to sit down with a cup of tea!

    I can only say good things about yoga with Fiona. I started with the pregnancy yoga, and then moved on to the mum and baby classes. I loved every week, just the peace and quiet, the stretching and the relaxing with baby in tow. I also met 3 of my best mum friends there so would highly recommend!
