Yoga is a wonderful way to bounce back after pregnancy and birth, to strengthen your abdomen, core and pelvic floor. Yoga2shape friendly Postnatal Yoga classes taught by experienced Yoga Teacher Kat Frost, help tone your entire body, and realign and correct your posture. Deep stretches and flowing movements melt away tension and safely iincrease your overall suppleness. Kat is always aware of your individual needs and uses supports, adjustments and modifications where necessary to keep you safe and comfortable. Fun interactive practises help you to bond with your new baby and keeps babies amused and happy!
Kat Frost has been teaching yoga for over six years. She also teaches Pregnancy Yoga and Family Yoga and teaches several little yogis that have come to her classes since they were conceived!
