De-stress Class Mindulness & The Breath

Thursday Evenings 6.30-7.30pm
De-stress Class with Claudia Jones. This class focuses on bringing calm and balance to the mind and the body through yogic breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation techniques. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and a cushion or block for sitting. Chairs are available for those who are not comfortable sitting on the floor. Prepare to be relaxed!

Claudia is a fully qualified, experienced yoga & pranayama teacher, she brings over 15 years of experience in the field of natural health with particular expertise in yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, detox, weight loss and stress management. Claudia is founder of The Wellness Source, a company dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their wellbeing; supporting them toward living happier, healthier lives through wellness coaching, workshops and retreats.
