Return to Practice - Nurses

Brighton central

Are you a mental health or learning disability nurse who is missing the challenges and rewards of nursing? If the answer is yes,Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for you to undertake a Return to Practice Programme. Working in partnership with Universities, we can provide you with a placement in one of our clinical areas where you will receive mentorship. This includes supporting you to reach, and complete, the NMC requirements for re-joining the register. As part of this programme you will have your university fee paid and receive a personal bursary of £500 whilst undertaking the course. As a Return to Practice nurse you will have supernumerary status but also have the opportunity to work as a healthcare assistant through our Trust Bank, whilst undertaking the programme. This is an exciting opportunity for you to renew your NMC registration and, on completing the programme, we will be keen to recruit you to roles within the Trust with continued support for your development both throughout your preceptorship period and beyond.
