Buggyfit is about getting out with your baby & exercising in the fresh air, meeting other new mums and starting exercising again in a safe environment. I am a Pre & Post natal Exercise specialist (8yrs experience). We do a mix of legs, glutes and core stability and strength as well as some cardio (advisable not to run until you are at least 13 / 14 weeks post natal). You need to be at least 6 weeks post natal or 10 weeks after C section. Please contact me first so I can send you a form and info on how to book onto the class and what to bring. Everyone welcome to the classes.
