Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body balance. Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems, the classes will focus on specific areas whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to help restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
Gemma is a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and Weight Management Practitioner, specialising in GP Referral, Diabetes and Weight Management. She works closely alongside GPs, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors, helping groups and individuals achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
