Happiness Habits is an 8-week evening class which teaches participants simple effective scientifically-proven techniques for increased happiness and well-being. It helps you build your resilience and boosts your well-being. <br /> <br />Happy Mondays will be held every Monday at the Unitarian Chapel, Brunswick Square , Bristol from September 30 from 7pm-8.30pm to November 18th.
