Antenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation

Friendly weekly classes on Tuesdays from 7.15 to 9pm at the Southville Centre. Each session we have time for discussion and learning around different aspects of pregnancy, birth or parenting, getting to know other women in the group, yoga postures, positions and movements for labour, breathing, and simple relaxation and meditation techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Classes integrate active birth, both theory and practice, as well as specialist exercises to help strengthen your body in pregnancy and to facilitate your birthing and postnatal recovery.
With fully qualified and experienced Childbirth Educator and Yoga Teacher Jessica Adams.
