Turtle Tums is a 6 week aqua-yoga programme designed to help mums-to-be to exercise safely within the comfortable and supportive environment of water.

Aqua yoga during pregnancy has numerous physical and emotional benefits. At each class you will learn water adapted yoga moves and breathing that will help you throughout your pregnancy, during labour and after you've had your baby.

Most importantly you will feel weightless and free - invaluable during the last trimester!

Suitable throughout pregnancy we have a progressive programme so the 6 week course can be repeated right up to your due date.
Taught by specialist pre and post natal trainer Sarah Dineen of Fit2Drop who has extensive experience of supporting women to exercise throughout pregnancy - and making it enjoyable!
