Hypno-birthing is a coaching course designed to help you both feel informed, inspired and confident about your imminent birth. Research shows that you will often have a shorter birth, less pain, medical intervention and exhaustion. Learning powerful self-hypnosis techniques increases the production of the useful chemicals for a successful birth. Please contact Clementine ffi.

Groups are small for intimacy and efreshments are provided. The course costs:- £300 for you and your birth partner and £175 for one person.
