    29-Apr-2014 Report

Summer's Cool is excellent! My son has always struggled with literacy and quite frankly does not enjoy doing any writing. He attended the full week at Summer's Cool last year and loved it! He looked forward to going each day and came home with lots of enthusiasm about his morning. It really helped to boost his confidence and encouraged him to feel good about writing. The children learn in a very fun and friendly environment. The teachers are very understanding and knew just how to get the best from my son. He said he wished school could be like this all the time! He was very proud of the work he had done while attending the class and I really think it helped him to feel more positive when he retuned to school in September. I can not recommend this enough.

My little boy attended this last year, he was struggling to read and learn the tricky phonics, he went to this class and I was amazed how well he got on, the groups are small which allows them to remain focused but they are in a really fun place, making learning fun.
He had an amazing time and was gutted when I told him it was the last day. The concentrated on tricky words and letters and at the end of the week he was presented with loads of certificates and a massive workbook was sent home which displayed all his work, it was excellent value for money and he absolutely loved it.
I would highly recommend this class and he will be attending this year, I have already secured his place. The teachers, when he returned to school were amazed at how much work he had been doing, it really was the turning point for him.
Its ran by trained professionals some of which are mothers, they are friendly and inviting and have that special gift with children.
