Part-time Inbound Customer Advisor


We are looking for enthusiatic individuals to join our Customer Care Team who can respond to immediate customer issues and act in a proactive manner.

This is a permanent part-time contract working 4 hours per day, any 5 days in 7 between the hours of 10:00 and 15:00. You will be working from our Head Office based in Bristol and will provide first line support to our Care Homes and their stakeholders.

We will be short listing against the following short listing criteria:

- Interpersonal skills that illustrate a patient and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written e.g. Telephone manner
- Evidence of strong I.T. skills and technical aptitude e.g. MS Office
- Demonstrate evidence of working accurately and paying attention to details
- Previous experience working in a similar sector or role
