Personal Training is all about the personal touch, and at Fit2Drop this is what we intend to achieve.

We will support you both during your sessions and also outside of the gym with health and nutrition guidance, giving you the motivation and drive to achieve those goals.

We offer a number of different packages to suit all needs, and can also offer small group training (max 3) with the same service.
