The Fit2Drop Pre-Natal Pregnancy Pilates course has been designed with the utmost thought for you and your baby to have a relaxed, yet invigorating time pre-birth.

It has now been proven beyond doubt that safe and well managed exercise in the pre and post-natal period is highly beneficial to both mother and baby and so our course has been written, and is delivered, by a specialist personal trainer and Pilates instructor - you can rest assured you are in safe hands.

Throughout the 6 weeks we shall cover a multitude of areas, from deep breathing techniques, hip and pelvis openers through to core and girdle strengtheners as well as showing you how to reach deep relaxation at the end of each class.

Previous pilates experience isn't necessary as this is a fusion of pilates, fitness and relaxation - we will cover each exercise fully and then develop them over the 6 weeks.

All you need is you, your bump and an enthusiasm to enjoy and meet other mums to be!

19.30 – 20.30 Mondays for 6 weeks
£50 for the term

This class has no definitive start date, people can join the course at any time as long as there is a space.
