Yoga for the Mind is an evidence-based 8 week programme originally created as a therapeutic treatment for stress, anxiety and depression.
This course is therefore tailor-made for all of us striving to cope with the relentless pace of 21st century life.

You will come away from the course with a toolkit of yoga and mindfulness based practices to help you create and sustain emotional well-being.
