7pm - Dan Collinson - Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University and consultant at Positive Psychology. 'Playing to your strengths - how knowing and applying your strengths can enable you to achieve your goals more effectively.'

8pm - Finding peace in a frantic world: simple techniques to deal with stress, anxiety and depression. Anna Maria Aprile - Counsellor and Mindfulness Teacher.

8.30pm - Want to thrive rather than just survive? Do you need to create calm for yourself and be more resilient in difficult circumstances? Amanda Dudman, Buckinghamshire based workplace coach will be discussing and giving some pointers on 'how to survive the 2017 workplace'.
