Pregnancy yoga is an amazing way to prepare the body and mind for birth. In this class we will work with breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind, while releasing the tensions and stress of everyday living.
A regular yoga practice will help you fight the urge to tighten up when you feel pain, and show you how to relax instead.
Pregnancy classes are suitable for anyone over 12 weeks pregnant. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
