Pilates with Frances Rennie


Beginners Pilates classes focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates including correct movement, core stability and alignment. Classes are run as a course, it may be possible to join once the course has started providing spaces are available.Next block of classes start 3rd June 2014 Tuesday mornings 9.30-10.30am ,10.45-11.45 am.

    Highly recommend Frances' classes. I've been attending them since September and really notice a difference in my core strength and balance etc.
