The aim of BuggyBootcamp is to make it possible for new mums (and not so new mums) to go back to (or start) doing physical exercise. BuggyBootcamp Central Cambridge caters for all levels of fitness, and whether you used to be a keen marathon runner or just want to get out of the house for some fresh air and social time with likeminded mums, you will feel at home! The workouts focus on total body toning, working on your muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance as well as balance and flexibility. All classes are different, and include a wide range of fitness regimens including pilates, tabatas and AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible). Common for all classes is that we focus on regaining core and pelvic floor strength.
Bring your buggy and your bub, a mat or a towel and a bottle of water! No such thing as bad weather- we train in all conditions!
