One Day Mindfulness Practice Session

Mindfulness Silent Practice Retreat Day Saturday 30th April 2016 10.30am - 4pm

This secular guided silent practice session will allow you to explore some of the meditations and practices from the eight week mindfulness meditation courses I teach. With extracts from both the Eight Week Mindfulness-Based Programme and the Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) this practice session is suitable for consolidators of mindfulness meditation or for those who are curious about mindfulness and would like to practice in a group before committing to an eight week course. The session will contain seated meditations, sensing meditations, gentle movement and you will be invited to lie on the floor for the body scan if that's possible for you.
