Pregnancy specific fitness session starting soon!
It seems there is a lot of mis-information about the do's and do not's of pregnancy exercise and I'd like to change that. This would be an indoor session (likely a Tuesday around 6pm) and would be the perfect complement to any yoga and birthing sessions that people might attend. I'd cover nutrition, and focus on alleviating common pregnancy ailments such as lower back pain, SPD, postural issues etc. This would be educational as well as a great way to ensure you stay fit, strong and healthy during your pregnancy, and meet other like-minded women. Suitable for all trimesters.
I hope to do a few sessions before Christmas and then a regular session in the new year. Provisionally I'd be looking at running these sessions out of a studio on Barnwell road (near Sainsburys).
