BootCamp Cambridge


The Camp has been extremely successful in changing our members fitness, body shape and weight over the past few months so I expect you will achieve rapid results over a very short period. On average we are seeing drops of about 8 to 12 pounds and waist lines coming in 4-8 cm. Athletes have also found bootcamp prudent for improving their performance and endurance. Everyone who has attended so far has seen a huge increase in fitness levels and general motivation.
