Cambridge Bootcamps


Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6.15pm - 7pm

We provide a 45 min total-body workout with a fully qualified fitness professional, for women of all ages & levels of fitness.

Each & every exercise within your session will have different levels and options dependent on your strengths, with you choosing the option YOU feel most comfortable with.

Step into one of our 5 camps in 4 different locations across Cambridge, charged with music, laughter and enthusiasm to start changing your attitudes to food, your perspectives on health and ultimately your shape to the silhouette you KNOW you can achieve.

We also understand that many of our ladies are yummy mummy's returning to fitness; so if childcare is an issue, your children are always welcome to come and join in!
