Rebecca started selling bread at farmers markets in 2000 with a selection of fresh bread. Being constantly asked for bread free from wheat or gluten, she decided there was a need for gluten free flours and mixes from people who could not tolerate regular bread.

Apart from being beer "fans" here at Glebe Farm, we found we had quite a large demand from our existing Gluten Free customers for a Gluten Free beer which actually tastes like, well Beer! It sounded like a simple task but it was more difficult than we first thought! After looking at the products already in the market we thought it might be a bit of a tall order, and we weren't wrong. 12 months later, after many many experiments we finally perfected our Top Secret recipe!
