Michael Beaumont and family have been local butchers for over forty-five years and have developed an eye for quality meat.

Michael is former president of the Cambridge and district Master Butchers Association and National President of the NFMFT, 2005-06.

Our products include a range of quality meats all chosen from local farms who comply with the organic ethos as close as possible, which includes the beef raised on our own farm in Wilbraham where our beef on the bone/carcass is hung for at least 21 days.

We also stock a wide range of other products including cheeses and a selection of fine wines (including our own label).
