This little piggy hog roast


Is it too much to ask for succulent pork and crispy crackling, with home-made bramley apple sauce and stuffing on the side. No. It isn't, which is why I decided to start my hog roast business. Hog roasts can be a cheap way to cater for large numbers of people, but that doesn't mean you can't have a meal to remember.

I have always had a passion for food. As a farmers daughter it was almost impossible to get away from it. I grew up on a mixed farm in Yorkshire and one of my earliest memories was helping my dad to weigh the pigs ready for market. My mum taught me most of what I now about cooking from a young age. I love being in the kitchen and am delighted when people enjoy my food.
