I have a BSc in Sports Science and qualified as a personal trainer in California.
Gym sessions are held at The Abbey in Cambridge or the private Onelife training studio in Little Shelford. I also conduct home/outdoor training through Cambridge Fitness.
My programmes are based around the American NASM training model. This involves five phases of training that can be adapted to any goal.
Phase one, Stabilization Endurance, focuses on core strength, balance, coordination and endurance. This is a perfect way to begin a new fitness regime as it improves your work capacity, movement patterns.
