Cambridge Bootcamps provide a 45 minute total-body workout with a fully qualified fitness professional, for women of all ages and levels of fitness. Our Bootcamps take place in convenient and refreshing Cambridge park locations come rain or come shine over a 4 week block, for either 2 or 3 times a week.
The vast variety of workouts devised, use a combination of principles that have been learnt from some of the world's leading authorities and coaches in the fitness industry. Cambridge Bootcamps uses Tabatta training (EPOC) that burns fat for up to 48 hours after your workout and also takes some inspiration from the proven realms of CrossFit and Kettlebells.
