In October, we start our weeklycooking workshops for grown-ups.

We'll talk about nutrition while you enjoy a coffee and aperfectly deliciously healthybreakfast by Aubaine,then we'll cook a two/three course mealtogether before sitting down to enjoy lunch.

All our dishes are based around the sessions' topic: detox, healthy cooking, family meals, low-sugar meals andtasty snacks.

We will only cook with fresh,seasonal, organic andfree-range ingredients that are easy to find!
